Welcome to Sports Fandom. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sports Fandom’s digital sports content and communications services, including our websites, email newsletters, SMS/text messaging programs, and other digital services we may offer (collectively, the “Services”).

Sports Fandom is operated by Sports Report Media, LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you agree to use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Services

Sports Report Media, LLC, through Sports Fandom, provides digital sports content and communications including email newsletters, SMS/text message alerts, news, recaps, scores, schedules, promotions, product recommendations, special offers, and other content relevant to the teams, leagues, and interests selected by users.

Some content or communications may contain advertising, sponsored content, affiliate links, or product recommendations. Sports Report Media, LLC may receive compensation or a commission when users make purchases or take certain actions through qualifying links, at no additional cost to the user. Additional disclosures may appear with specific sponsored or affiliate content where appropriate.

3. Email and SMS Communications

Email: You may subscribe to one or more Sports Fandom email newsletters by providing your email address and completing the applicable signup process. Email communications may include news, recaps, updates, scores, promotions, product recommendations, special offers, and other content related to the teams or interests you selected.

You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us.

SMS/Text Messages: If you separately opt in to a Sports Fandom text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated informational and promotional SMS or MMS messages from the applicable Sports Fandom program at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include breaking news, scores, schedule updates, product recommendations, special offers, and other sports-related alerts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the applicable text messaging program or HELP for assistance. We will also honor other valid requests to revoke consent as required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for notifying us if your number changes or is reassigned.

Sports Fandom may modify, suspend, or discontinue an email or text messaging program at any time.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content provided through the Services, including text, graphics, designs, website elements, software, and other materials created by or for Sports Fandom, is owned by Sports Report Media, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services and their content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, sell, resell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission, except as otherwise permitted by law.

5. Third-Party Trademarks and Sports Organizations

Team names, league names, logos, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property belonging to professional sports leagues, colleges, universities, athletic conferences, teams, manufacturers, retailers, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sports Fandom and Sports Report Media, LLC are independent media properties and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any professional sports league, college, university, athletic conference, team, or other organization referenced through the Services.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose information. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe upon or violate the rights of another person or entity.
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use automated systems, scraping tools, bots, or similar methods to access or collect content from the Services without our permission.

The Services and all content made available through them are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuously available. Sports information, including scores, schedules, statistics, news, and other information, may change rapidly, and we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Report Media, LLC and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

This includes damages arising from errors or inaccuracies in content, interruptions or technical problems, unauthorized access to information, third-party conduct, or products, services, websites, or offers made available through third-party links.

12. Third-Party Links, Products and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, retailers, ticket marketplaces, streaming services, advertisers, affiliate partners, or other businesses that are not owned or controlled by Sports Report Media, LLC.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, privacy practices, terms, products, services, transactions, fulfillment, warranties, or conduct of third parties. Any purchase or transaction you make with a third party is between you and that third party and is subject to the third party’s applicable terms and policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
